Awareness, Connection, Education (ACE)
ACE groups offer support to women who are facing breast cancer. Groups are open to women facing cancer, as well as their caregivers, friends, spouses, or family members who would like to attend. ACE groups provide a safe place to share feelings and information that remain confidential. Group leaders guide women through thoughtful discussion and support. Surround yourself with women who understand.

Stage 4/ Metastatic Breast Cancer Support Group
Facilitator: Debra Nosik, LCSW , Martha McCormick MS. EdS
Deb Nosik has facilitated this group for some time now, joined in recent years by Martha McCormick, To Life! Director of Education. Women dealing with advanced cancer have a myriad of medical, psychological, spiritual and social concerns. For some women metastatic cancer develops out of an earlier diagnosis while others may be diagnosed as metastatic right from the beginning. Not everyone wants to participate in a support group, but for many it is an opportunity to share feelings, ask questions, give and receive support in an environment where others are most likely to understand what they are going through.
Sign up or ask questions by contacting the To Life! office at email@example.com
Third Wednesday of each month 7:30-8:30pm 410 Kenwood Avenue, Delmar. (If you have never attended and wish to join us, please call Martha at 439-5975 so that we can expect you.)
