Mentor Corporation Hotline for information about silicone gel implants , 1-800-MENTOR8 (1-800-636-8678). Diane Hart, RN, BSN, can answer patient's questions about implants and explain how to participate in the Mentor Corporation's clinical trials. Patients can also request literature about implants. Mentor also makes an informational video for patients available through physicians' offices.
