Educational Programs
Learn, Connect, and Feel Supported
A breast cancer diagnosis comes with a flood of questions — about treatment options, what to expect, how to take care of yourself, and how to move forward. To Life! offers educational programs throughout the year designed to help you find answers, stay informed, and feel more in control of your health.
Our free programs bring together leading medical professionals, researchers, and wellness experts to address the topics that matter most to people facing or living beyond breast cancer. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in treatment, or years into survivorship, there’s something here for you.
Spring Health Conference
Each spring, To Life! hosts its annual Spring Health Conference — a full-day event featuring expert presentations on breast health, cancer treatment, survivorship, and overall wellness. The conference brings together medical professionals and community members for a day of learning, connection, and inspiration.
Beat the Odds
Beat the Odds is To Life!’s annual summer educational forum, featuring a leading researcher or clinician presenting on a focused topic in breast cancer science or care. Past presentations have covered genetics, cancer prevention, emerging therapies, and more. Sessions are free and open to survivors, caregivers, and anyone interested in breast health.
Small Group Programs
Throughout the year, To Life! offers smaller educational sessions on focused topics — from understanding brain fog and lymphedema to conversations with oncologists and other specialists. These informal programs offer an opportunity to ask questions and go deeper on subjects that matter to you. Check our calendar for upcoming sessions.
