Support Groups
The most powerful support often comes from people who have gone through what you are facing. Our free support groups bring together people at every stage of a breast cancer journey — newly diagnosed, in treatment, living with advanced cancer, or moving forward in survivorship. Groups are facilitated by trained social workers and meet monthly in a safe, welcoming space, or in a private virtual setting.
Educational Programs
Knowledge is a powerful tool when facing breast cancer. We offer a range of educational programs — from forums featuring medical specialists to small-group sessions on specific topics like brain fog, lymphedema, genetics, and more. Whether you want to better understand your diagnosis or stay current on treatment advances, we can help you find the information you need.
Wellness Programs
Healing happens on many levels. Our wellness programs support your physical and emotional well-being throughout your journey — from yoga and guided nature walks to equine therapy, nutrition, and more. These programs are designed for people at any stage of treatment or recovery, and new offerings are added regularly.
Wigs, Hats and Headcoverings
Hair loss from chemotherapy or radiation is one of the most visible side effects of breast cancer treatment. Our boutiques carry a wide selection of wigs, hats, and head coverings to help you feel like yourself during and after treatment. Our trained fitters work with you privately to find styles and fits that suit you — at your own pace, without pressure. Fittings are available in Delmar and Saratoga Springs.
Mastectomy Products
If you’ve had or are preparing for breast surgery, we offer personalized fittings for mastectomy prosthetics, bras, surgical camisoles, and post-surgical garments. Our certified fitters are experienced and unhurried — this is private, one-on-one time focused entirely on your comfort and confidence. Medicare certified and insurance accepted. Fittings are available in Delmar, Saratoga Springs, Amsterdam, and Albany.
Peer Mentoring
There’s something uniquely valuable about connecting one-on-one with someone who has been where you are. Our peer mentoring program pairs you with a survivor who shares a similar diagnosis or experience — someone who can offer perspective, encouragement, and a listening ear on your own terms and timeline.
