Wigs, Hats and Headcoverings

Feel like yourself again

Hair loss from chemotherapy, alopecia, or another medical condition can be one of the hardest parts of a diagnosis to face. To Life! offers a thoughtfully curated selection of wigs, hats, and scarves in a range of styles, sizes, and colors, along with the support to help you feel like yourself again. Our professionally trained fitters take the time to listen and guide you through the process, so every appointment feels personal, unhurried, and comfortable.

Fitting Services

Fitting services are free. The only cost is the product itself. We accept insurance from many local providers, including CDPHP, MVP, Highmark, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Empire Plan, and Medicare. Check with your insurance carrier before your appointment and let our staff know when you schedule. What Our Clients Say

I’m grateful for your dedication, care & concern that you show to each person that walks through your door. Being diagnosed with breast cancer was hard. You made everything easier, including the hair loss from chemo.
To Life! Client
After my double mastectomy, I put off getting fitted for a prosthesis for two years. I knew it would be emotional and I wasn’t ready to face it. When the day finally came, Karen could not have been more kind, empathetic, and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable, valued, and understood. My insurance doesn’t cover any prosthetics, but she gave me several options, completely free, which were donated. I am so grateful for Karen, To Life, and everyone who donated to help me feel more like myself again after all this time. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
To Life! Client
I went today in preparation for hair loss due to chemo. Although my insurance did not cover the cost of a new wig, (CDPHP Medicare – check before you go), they do have donated wigs and I got 3 plus hats and other needed items, donated by others as well as from Albany Medical Center. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Caring and compassionate. There are support services, groups and connections that you may not know you will need but you will find it here. Thank you.
